碍手碍脚 (礙手礙腳)

be in the way; be a hindrance

Example:

别在这儿碍手碍脚的！
bié zài zhèr’àishǒu’àijiǎo de!
You’re in the way! or Get out of the way! or Don’t stand in the way!

过道里放满了自行车, 碍手碍脚的。
Guòdào lǐ fàng mǎn le zìxíngchē, ài shǒu ài jiǎo de.
The corridor is crowded with bikes which get in everybody’s way!
